Meet the Team
Ben Massey – CEO: Ben has been in the Cladding and Roofing industry for 25+ years. Ben has previously worked at All Mass Cladding Systems Ltd and more recently as joint Managing Director at Massey Cladding Solutions Ltd. He founded Ben Massey Facades Ltd. with Company Secretary/Director Beth Neale in February 2022.
Beth Neale – Company Secretary/Director: Beth has nearly a decade of experience in the Construction industry working closely with Company Directors and expanding her knowledge vastly. She has experience in PA, Administration, HR work and more. Beth founded Ben Massey Facades Ltd. with CEO Ben Massey in February 2022.
Wes Bigwood – QEHS Director: Wes started his Health & Safety journey in Construction back in 2000 with All Mass Cladding Ltd. He has expanded his knowledge and gained experience over the years achieving GradIOSH NVQ Level 5 in Occupational Health & Safety and NEBOSH Construction Level 3.
Tom Perry – General Build Director: Tom has 13 years experience in the construction industry specialising in Carpentry & Joinery. He started as an apprentice Carpenter back in 2010, eventually setting up his own business years later. Tom also holds an NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry.
